about Israel & the Jews |
Why do the nations conspire and the peoples plot
in vain?
2 The kings of the earth take their stand and the rulers gather together
against the LORD and against his Anointed One. 3 "Let us break their chains,"
they say, "and throw off their fetters."
4 The One enthroned in heaven laughs; the Lord scoffs at them. 5 Then he
rebukes them in his anger and terrifies them in his wrath, saying, 6 "I
have installed my King on Zion, my holy hill." 7 be warned, you rulers
of the earth. 8 Ask of me, and I will make the nations your inheritance,
the ends of the earth your possession. 9 You will rule them with an iron
scepter; you will dash them to pieces like pottery." 10 Therefore, you kings,
be wise; be warned, you rulers of the earth. 11 Serve the LORD with fear
and rejoice with trembling. 12 Kiss the Son, lest he be angry and you be
destroyed in your way, for his wrath can flare up in a moment. Blessed are
all who take refuge in him. Psalm 2:1-12 NIV |

Israel's stretching as far
as the Euphrates
Deutoronomy 1:7 Break camp and advance into
the hill country of the Amorites; go to all the neighboring peoples in the
Arabah, in the mountains, in the western foothills, in the Negev and along
the coast, to the land of the Canaanites and to Lebanon, as far as the
great river, the Euphrates. 8 See, I have given you this land. Go in
and take possession of the land that the LORD swore he would give to your
fathers--to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob--and to their descendants after them.
8 See, I have given you this land. Go in and take possession of the land
that the LORD swore he would give to your fathers--to Abraham, Isaac and
Jacob--and to their descendants after them."
Deutoronomy 11:24 Every place where you set
your foot will be yours: Your territory will extend from the desert to Lebanon,
and from the Euphrates River to the western sea.
Joshua 1:3 I will give you every place where
you set your foot, as I promised Moses. 4 Your territory will extend from
the desert to Lebanon, and from the great river, to the Euphrates--all
the Hittite country--to the Great Sea on the west.
Psalm 80:8 You brought a vine out of Egypt; you drove
out the nations and planted it. 9 You cleared the ground for it, and it took
root and filled the land. 10 The mountains were covered with its shade, the
mighty cedars with its branches. 11 It sent out its boughs to the Sea, its
shoots as far as the River. |

Negotiate with
people in the Land (Arabs presently) or Divide the land
"The Commandment to Possess
the Land"
"And when the L-rd thy G-d shall deliver them before thee; thou shalt smite
them, and utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor
show mercy unto them." Deuteronomy VII:2. Gary M. Cooperberg. Torah portion
(August 3, 2000) tells us how to make peace with our Arab
neighbors.
Exodus 23:31 "...I
will hand hand over to you the people who live in the land and you will drive
them out before you. 32 Do not make a covenant with them or with their
gods."
Exodus 34:12 Be
careful not to make a treaty with those who live in the land where you are
going, or they will be a snare among
you.
Exodus 34:15 "Be careful not to make a treaty with those who live in the
land; for when they prostitute themselves to their gods and sacrifice to
them, they will invite you and you will eat their sacrifices.
Deuteronomy 7:2 And
when the LORD your God has delivered them over to you and you have defeated
them, then you must destroy them totally. Make no treaty with them, and show
them no mercy.
Jeremiah 11:1 This
is the word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD: 2 "Listen to the terms of
this covenant and tell them to the people of Judah and to those who live
in Jerusalem. 3 Tell them that this is what the LORD, the God of Israel,
says: 'Cursed is the man who does not obey the terms of this covenant--
4 the terms I commanded your forefathers when I brought them out of Egypt,
out of the iron-smelting furnace.' I said, 'Obey me and do everything I command
you, and you will be my people, and I will be your God. 5 Then I will fulfill
the oath I swore to your forefathers, to give them a land flowing with milk
and honey'--the land you possess today." NIV |

Leviticus.
25:23 The land must not be sold permanently, because the land is Mine
and you are but aliens and My tenants
Deuteronomy 17:1
When the LORD your God brings you into the land you are entering to possess
and drives out before you many nations--the Hittites, Girgashites, Amorites,
Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites, seven nations larger and bigger
than you-- 2 and when the LORD your God has delivered them over to you and
you have defeated them, then you must destroy them totally. Make no treaty
with them, and show them no mercy.
Deuteronomy 23:6
Do not seek a treaty of friendship with them as long as you live - Ammonite
or Moabite or any of their descendants.
Deuteronomy 33: 28 So Israel will live in safety ALONE (without
Islamic fanatics); Jacob's spring is secure in a land of grain and new wine,
where the heavens drop dew. Deuteronomy 33: 29 Blessed are you, O Israel!
Who is like you, a people saved by the LORD? He is your shield and helper
and your glorious sword. Your enemies will cower before you, and you will
trample down their high places (Islamic minarettes, obelisks, etc.).
NIV
Ezra 9:12 Therefore,
do not give your daughters in marriage to their sons or take their daughters
for your sons. Do not seek a treaty of friendship with them at any time,
that you may be strong and eat the good things of the land and leave it to
your children as an everlasting inheritance.'
Isaiah 30:1 "Woe
to the obstinate children," declares the LORD, "to those who carry out plans
that are not mine, forming an alliance, but not by my Spirit, heaping sin
upon sin; |

An example of the disaster a treaty
can turn into was seen with the Gibeonites:
Joshua 9:16 Three
days after they made the treaty with the Gibeonites, the Israelites heard
that they were neighbors, living near them -[Not far away as they had
pretended].
I Samuel 11:1 Nahash
the Ammonite went up and besieged Jabesh Gilead. And all the men of Jabesh
said to him, "Make a treaty with us, and we will be subject to you.2 But
Nahash the Ammonite replied, "I will make a treaty with you only on the condition
that I gouge out the right eye of every one of you and so bring disgrace
on all Israel.
Conversely, the god (allah)
of Islam also doesn't want a divided Palestine (as the territory of Israel
was called until 1948). That is why the Arabs in Israel have not since the
land was mandated to Israel in 1920, signed any agreement that gives them
part of the land. They want it all, and will keep on fighting until
they have it all. A short while before the current violence, in the days
following [the Barak-Arafat-Clinton summit at Camp David, the official
Palestinian Authority TV broadcast the sermon of Sheikh Youssuf Abu Sneinah,
the official preacher at the Al-Aqza mosque: "The Islamic Land of Palestine
is one and cannot be divided. There is no difference between Haifa and Nablus,
Lod and Ramallah, Jerusalem and Nazareth or Gaza and Ashkelon. Palestine
is Wakf land that belongs to Muslims throughout the world and no one has
the right to give it up or to forsake it. Whoever does this is a traitor
to the trust and is nothing but a loathsome criminal whose end shall be in
hell." Eli Kamir, Ma'ariv, April 2, 2002 |

The disaster the Oslo Treaty has turned into is reflected
by:
Isaiah 33:7 Look, their brave men cry aloud in the streets; the envoys
of peace weep bitterly. 8 The highways are deserted, no travelers are on
the roads. The treaty is broken, its witnesses are despised, no one is
respected.
Jan Willem van der Hoeven, Director of the
International Christian Zionist Center in Jerusalem, wrote (after the
assassination of Minister Rachavan Zeevi):
"It is as if G-d has had to shake Israel awake that unless they will now
deal with this scourge of terror and bring it forcefully to a halt, even
as the US government has decided to do, that there will be no respite from
it.
Just as President Bush's government announced in relation
to the Taliban, no treaty or negotiations will do.
This is also the lesson from the Bible, which tells
us that when the weak, immoral king of Israel, Ahab, made a treaty with the
cruel Syrian king Ben Hadad, the Lord said to him: "Thus says the Lord: Because
you have let slip out of your hand a man whom I appointed to utter destruction,
therefore your life shall go for his life, and your people for his people."(See
1 Kings 20: 9-43)
Divide Land
Joel 3:2 I will gather all nations and bring them down to the Valley
of Jehoshaphat. There I will enter into judgment against them concerning
my inheritance, my people Israel, for they scattered my people among the
nations and divided up my land.
Gaza, that Prime Minister Sharon "tried" to give
to the Muslim Arabs by means of a unilateral disengagement [withdrawal]
in 2004, is part of Judah's tribal land [also of king David, Messiah's eternal
kingdom]. Nobody, therefore, has the right to overrule the God of Israel
by giving it away. This, of course, goes for land anywhere west of the Jordan
River, owned or to be owned by foreigners, viz. non-Jews (not grafted into
Israel - Rom 11:19; Eph 2:11), Arabs, churches. Land should revert back
to Jews after set periods as set out in the Laws given to
Moses.
Lev 25:8 "Every fiftieth year, 9 on the Day of Atonement,
let the trumpets blow loud and long throughout the land. 10 For the fiftieth
year shall be holy, a time to proclaim liberty throughout the land to all
enslaved debtors, and a time for the canceling of all public and private
debts. It shall be a year when all the family estates sold to others shall
be returned to the original owners or their heirs. ...23 And remember, the
land is mine, so you may not sell it permanently. You are merely my tenants
and sharecroppers! TLB |

Wealth
Deuteronomy 8:18 But remember the LORD your God, for
it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his
covenant, which he swore to your forefathers, as it is today.
Isaiah 60:5 Then you will look and be radiant,
your heart will throb and swell with joy; the wealth on the seas will be
brought to you, to you the riches of the nations will come.
Isaiah 60:9 Surely the islands look to me; in the lead are the ships
of Tarshish, bringing your sons from afar, with their silver and gold, to
the honor of the LORD your God, the Holy One of Israel, for he has endowed
you with splendor
Isaiah 60:11 Your gates (O Israel) will always
stand open, they will never be shut, day or night, so that men may bring
you the wealth of the nations! |

FALSE
Peace
Jeremiah 6:14 They dress the wound of my people as though
it were not serious. 'Peace, peace,' they say, when there is no peace. 15
Are they ashamed of their loathsome conduct? No, they have no shame at all;
they do not even know how to blush. So they will fall among the
fallen;*~* they will be brought down when I punish them," says the LORD.
Ezekiel 7:25 When terror comes, they will seek peace, but there
will be none.
Ezekiel 13:10 "'Because they lead my people astray, saying, "Peace,"
when there is no peace, and because, when a flimsy wall is built, they cover
it with whitewash. 11 therefore tell those who cover it with whitewash that
it is going to fall. Rain will come in torrents, and I will send hailstones
hurtling down, and violent winds will burst forth. 12 When the wall collapses,
will people not ask you, "Where is the whitewash you covered it with?" 13
"`Therefore this is what the Sovereign LORD says: In my wrath I will unleash
a violent wind, and in my anger hailstones and torrents of rain will fall
with destructive fury. 14 I will tear down the wall you have covered with
whitewash and will level it to the ground so that its foundation will be
laid bare. When it falls, you will be destroyed in it;*~* and you
will know that I am the LORD.
*~* "So they will fall among the fallen;" and
"you will be destroyed in it,"
show that those who perpetrate the false peace will
be brought down when their efforts are foiled - like in April 2002,
when the OSLO "abomination," Arafat and his gang of terrorists, and Israel's
leftists all went down at the same time! |

ANGEL (&/or MESSIAH)
OF GOD = GOD
Genesis 16:9 Then the angel of the LORD told her, "Go back to your mistress
and submit to her." 10 The angel added, "I will so increase your descendants
that they will be too numerous to count." 11 The angel of the LORD also said
to her: "You are now with child and you will have a son. You shall name him
Ishmael, for the LORD has heard of your misery. 12 He will be a wild donkey
of a man; his hand will be against everyone and everyone's hand against him,
and he will live in hostility toward all his brothers." 13 She gave this
name to the LORD who spoke to her: "You are the God who sees me," for she
said, "I have now seen the One who sees me." 14 That is why the well was
called Beer Lahai Roi; it is still there, between Kadesh and
Bered.
Genesis 16:15 The angel of the LORD called to Abraham from heaven
a second time 16 and said, "I swear by myself, declares the LORD, that because
you have done this and have not withheld your son, your only son, 17 I will
surely bless you.
Genesis 48:15 Then he blessed Joseph and said, "May the God
before whom my fathers Abraham and Isaac walked, the God who has been my
shepherd all my life to this day, 16 the Angel who has delivered me from
all harm --may he bless these boys. May they be called by my name and the
names of my fathers Abraham and Isaac, and may they increase greatly upon
the earth." NIV
Exodus 3:2 There the angel of the LORD appeared to him
in flames of fire from within a bush. Moses saw that though the bush was
on fire it did not burn up. 3 So Moses thought, "I will go over and see this
strange sight--why the bush does not burn up." 4 When the LORD saw that he
had gone over to look, God called to him from within the bush, "Moses! Moses!"
And Moses said, "Here I am." 5 "Do not come any closer," God said. "Take
off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is holy
ground."
Exodus 23:20 "See, I am sending an angel ahead of you to guard
you along the way and to bring you to the place I have prepared. 21 Pay attention
to him and listen to what he says. Do not rebel against him; he will not
forgive your rebellion, since my Name is in him.
Judges 6:12 When the angel of the LORD appeared to Gideon, he
said, "The LORD is with you, mighty warrior." ... 14 The LORD turned to him
and said, "Go in the strength you have and save Israel out of Midian's hand.
Am I not sending you?" NIV |

The THREE MEN who visited Abraham were called angels,
but one was definitely God or Messiah:
Genesis 18:2 Abraham looked up and saw three men standing nearby.
When he saw them, he hurried from the entrance of his tent to meet them and
bowed low to the ground. 3 He said, "If I have found favor in your eyes,
my lord, do not pass your servant by. 4 Let a little water be brought, and
then you may all wash your feet and rest under this tree...9 "Where is your
wife Sarah?" they asked him. "There, in the tent," he said. 10 Then the
LORD said, "I will surely return to you about this time next year, and
Sarah your wife will have a son." Now Sarah was listening at the entrance
to the tent, which was behind him.
The other angels reported
to him:
Zechariah 1:8 In a vision during the night, I saw a man sitting on
a red horse that was standing among some myrtle trees in a small valley.
Behind him were red, brown, and white horses, each with its own rider. 9
I asked the angel who was talking with me, My lord, what are all those
horses for?
I will show you, the angel replied.
10 So the man standing among the myrtle trees explained, They are the
ones the Lord has sent out to patrol the earth.11 Then the other riders
reported to the angel of the Lord, who was standing among the myrtle trees,
We have patrolled the earth, and the whole earth is at peace.
12 Upon hearing this, the angel of the Lord prayed this prayer: O Lord
Almighty, for seventy years now you have been angry with Jerusalem and the
towns of Judah. How long will it be until you again show mercy to them?
13 And the Lord spoke kind and comforting words to the angel who talked with
me.
14 Then the angel said to me, Shout this message for all to hear:
This is what the Lord Almighty says: My love for Jerusalem and Mount
Zion is passionate and strong. 15 But I am very angry with the other nations
that enjoy peace and security. I was only a little angry with my people,
but the nations punished them far beyond my intentions.
16 Therefore, this is what the Lord says: I have returned to
show mercy to Jerusalem. My Temple will be rebuilt, says the Lord Almighty,
and plans will be made for the reconstruction of Jerusalem. 17 Say
this also: This is what the Lord Almighty says: The towns of Israel
will again overflow with prosperity, and the Lord will again comfort Zion
and choose Jerusalem as his own."
Zechariah 12:8 On that day the Lord will defend the people of Jerusalem;
the weakest among them will be as mighty as King David! And the royal descendants
will be like God, like the angel of the Lord who goes before them! 9 For
my plan is to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.

Isaiah 65:11 (NIV)
"But as for you who forsake
the LORD and forget my holy mountain,
who spread a table for Fortune
and fill bowls of mixed wine for Destiny, 12 I will destine you for
the sword, and you will all bend down for the slaughter; for I called but
you did not answer, I spoke but you did not listen. You did evil in my sight
and chose what displeases me." (Leftists?)
(KJ)11
But ye are they that forsake
the LORD, that forget my holy mountain,
that prepare a table for that troop
(pack), and that furnish the drink offering unto that number
(majority). (Like the people telling Aaron to make them
gods). |
Analysis:
-
"forsake the LORD and forget my holy
mountain," is typical of the leftist (socialist)
leaders of Israel who don't care about God, and just gave control of the
Temple Mount back to the Moslems after conquering it in
1967*~*- and passing the Law for the Protection of holy
places that same year out of respect of all religions as if they're all the
same - negating the fact that Israel has her own God, who is also the only
TRUE God. (Psalm 81:9 You
shall have no foreign god among you...!!)
-
"troop or
pack" symbolize a collection of people
who are a majority (that
number - not tied together
by their belief in the God of Israel or being His people) From the
NIV
translation we see it's a mixed bunch,
like Jews, Arabs, etc. and that Fortune (material benefit) is very much part
of their agenda - like Israeli and world leaders who promote the OSLO process
for profit because of their business ties with Arabs or their dependence
on Arab oil.
*~* Apparently,
misguided Rabbis also indicated that they don't care about the Temple Mount
because it wasn't sanctified for prayer to the God of Israel. See
Rabbis' lame attitude
